Refund Policy Overview

We process refunds only for technical issues on our platform. Please review the following guidelines:

  • Duplicate charges due to payment gateway errors
  • Service completely inaccessible for 7+ consecutive days
  • Premium features completely non-functional
  • Request must be made within 48 hours of the issue

1Refunds for Technical Issues

Refunds are processed ONLY for technical issues that prevent you from using our service. We will consider refund requests in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error
  • Service unavailability: If our platform was completely inaccessible for more than 7 consecutive days due to technical issues on our end
  • Feature malfunction: If premium features were completely non-functional for the majority of your subscription period

To request a refund for technical issues:

  1. Email us at refunds@shubhmangalvivah.in within 48 hours of the issue
  2. Provide transaction ID, screenshots, and detailed description of the technical problem
  3. Our team will investigate and respond within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

2What You're Paying For

When you purchase a premium membership, you are paying for:

  • Access to premium features: Enhanced profile visibility, unlimited messaging, advanced search filters
  • Platform services: Use of our matrimonial platform and its features for the subscribed period
  • Verified member database: Access to our verified member profiles
  • Customer support: Priority support from our team
  • AI-powered matching: Smart recommendations based on your preferences

Important:

You are NOT paying for guaranteed matches, guaranteed marriage, or guaranteed success. We provide the tools and platform; results depend on your individual circumstances, efforts, and compatibility with other members.

3Not Eligible for Refund

The following situations are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Not finding suitable matches - Match success depends on compatibility and individual preferences
  • Lack of responses from other members - We cannot control other members' actions
  • Change of mind after purchase - All sales are final
  • Finding a match elsewhere - No refunds for unused subscription time
  • Dissatisfaction with member quality or quantity - Profile quality varies naturally
  • Personal circumstances - Life changes that prevent using the service

4General Refund Policy

All sales are final. Premium memberships are generally non-refundable.

By purchasing a premium membership, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • This is a platform service providing access to features and member profiles
  • We do not guarantee, promise, or ensure that you will find a suitable match
  • Finding a life partner depends on multiple factors beyond our control
  • Success depends on individual efforts, preferences, and compatibility
  • Premium features provide enhanced visibility and tools, not guaranteed outcomes
  • Refunds are only processed for technical issues as outlined in Section 1

5No Guarantees or Warranties

ShubhmangalVivah explicitly disclaims any guarantees, warranties, or promises regarding:

  • Finding a suitable life partner or match
  • Number of matches you will receive
  • Quality or response rate of matches
  • Timeline for finding a compatible partner
  • Success in establishing a relationship or marriage
  • Compatibility with other members
  • Verification accuracy of all member information (despite our best efforts)

"We provide a platform and tools to help you search for a life partner. The success of your search depends on various factors including but not limited to: your profile completeness, your preferences, your communication skills, timing, mutual compatibility, and factors beyond anyone's control. We facilitate connections; we do not guarantee outcomes."

6Subscription Period and Access

All premium memberships are valid for the purchased period:

Silver Plan: 1 Month Access

Non-refundable, valid for 30 days from purchase date

Gold Plan: 3 Months Access

Non-refundable, valid for 90 days from purchase date

Platinum Plan: 6 Months Access

Non-refundable, valid for 180 days from purchase date

Note: Membership periods are fixed and non-extendable. There are no partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription, even if you find a match or decide to stop using the service.

7Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions:

  • No refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period
  • All access to the platform will be immediately revoked
  • Payment made is non-recoverable
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts for policy violations without any refund obligation

You may voluntarily delete your account at any time, but this does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your premium membership.

8Your Acceptance

By purchasing a premium membership, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and understood this No Refund Policy
  • You understand that we do not guarantee matches or matrimonial success
  • You accept that all payments are final and non-refundable (except for technical issues)
  • You are purchasing access to platform features, not guaranteed outcomes
  • You will not dispute charges with your bank/card issuer for reasons related to match quality or quantity
  • This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and legally binding

Think Before You Buy

We encourage you to carefully review all plan features and this policy before making a purchase. Once purchased, premium memberships cannot be refunded under normal circumstances.
